At JAG, we’re always listening to families — and we’ve made childcare bookings more flexible than ever.

From 15th September 2025, you can cancel or amend bookings up to 48 hours before – across all our services: breakfast clubs, after school clubs, and holiday clubs.

Last year, we extended our cancellation policy to 28 days’ notice – but parents told us this didn’t give them the flexibility they needed. We’ve acted on that feedback, and we’re not just going back to 7 days. We’ve made it even more flexible for you.

From now on, you can cancel or amend bookings right up to 48 hours before– across all our services: breakfast clubs, after school clubs, and holiday clubs.

How This Will Support Families

• More control: Own your booking right up until two days before – perfect for changing shifts, plans, or childcare needs.

• Peace of mind: Guarantee your regular spots without worrying if life changes last minute.

• Easier budgeting: Spread the cost with instalments, making it simpler to plan ahead and stay flexible.

• Future use: Cancelled sessions will be credited to your account for future bookings.
