Your Details

First, let's meet you - you're the grown-up behind the advnetures! We'll need key information including email and mobile so we can make managing your family's booking easy.

Your Child

Every little adventurer is unique. Let's get to know yours - we'll need their name, DOB, school and year group and any additional support needs.

Emergency Contacts & Collection

Who else is on your team? Let us know who we can contact and who is trusted to collect your child.

Health & Care

Making every adventue safe. Share the important information our team needs to keep your child happy, healthy and supported. This includes any allergies, dietary requirements and medical needs.

Review & Consent

One final check to make sure everything is correct - confirm collection permissions, marekting and privacy consents.

Online Registration Process

We’ve designed our online booking system to be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. To book your child into a club, just follow these simple steps. Please note, before you can make a booking, you will need to add your child(ren) to your JAG account as well as provide collector, emergency contact and doctor details and answer the consent questions.
