• The guarantee applies to selected 8+ Holiday HQ sessions during the Easter programme only, including activities such as Zorbs, Pickleball, Kin-Ball, Bushcraft, Robotics and team sports

• Valid for all customers (new and returning)

• Applies to the first booked day per child only

• The child must attend for a minimum of 4 hours

• Parents/guardians must notify the team on the day of attendance or within 24 hours of the session ending

• Refunds will be issued as a credit to your booking account

• Applies to Easter bookings only and does not extend to additional or future sessions

• Feedback may be requested to help improve the experience

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
