We strongly recommend booking early. Sessions are popular, and securing your recurring bookings now guarantees your child’s place — and locks in your best rates for the full academic year.

Prices frozen until the end of 2026

With rising costs affecting so many families, we’re pleased to confirm that our wraparound care prices are frozen for the remainder of 2026, for both recurring and ad-hoc bookings.

That means:

• No price increases ahead of the new academic year – lock in your prices for the whole year by booking early

• Lock in recurring bookings to secure our best rates

• Plan around with confidence

Recurring (weekly) bookings

Our recurring bookings make life simpler and more consistent for families and children.

When you book a session — for example, Monday after-school club — your child will be booked into that same session every week for the full academic year. It’s the easiest way to secure your childcare routine and enjoy total peace of mind.

A £1 deposit per booking secures your recurring sessions, with the remaining balance paid using your preferred payment method.

Ad-hoc sessions

We know flexibility matters. Ad-hoc sessions will continue to be available within a rolling 8‑week booking window, opening from: Friday 28th August 2026

Easier cancellations

Our updated 48‑hour cancellation window will remain in place in the new academic year which means you can make changes much closer to the session date — replacing the previous 7‑day notice period.

Flexible payment options

You can choose to:

• Pay in full

• Spread the cost with a monthly instalment plan*

• Use Childcare Vouchers or Tax‑Free Childcare

• NEW – Pay with Klarna!

*Instalment plans can start from May, June, July, or August, and finish one month before your final booked session.

Sibling discount

A 5% sibling discount continues to apply across Rise then Shine & Stay and Play clubs for all children in the same booking — including the first child.
