Welcome to our After-School Clubs!

All families will be able to make a booking via their online account up to 60 minutes before the session – this applies to our Rise then Shine, Stay and Play and Holiday Clubs.

However, when it comes to our Stay and Play clubs, if you attempt to book after the 60-minute cut-off period, late bookings are only offered for emergency bookings only. If this is the case, please call our friendly Customer Experience Team on 0333 577 1533, where we will be able to process your request, dependent on availability.

Did you know – we automatically apply a 5% discount to all wraparound bookings that include two or more siblings? The 5% discount is automatically applied at the checkout stage once you’ve confirmed your booking! You’ll see the discounted amount as per your booking on the screen to see how much you’re saving on sibling bookings.

Please note that there is no sibling discount on holiday club bookings, although we offer a number of other discounts for our holiday clubs.

We understand that affordability may be of concern for families, and our flexible payment options offer families several ways to make payments manageable. If your child attends the school where our Stay and Play club is held, the school will be made aware of their attendance in advance. Children in reception, Year 1 and Year 2, will either be escorted directly to the club by a school staff member, or else a JAG staff member will collect the children from their class. Children in KS2 and above can make their own way to the club.

For children who attend other schools, there will be a pre-agreed meeting point to which a JAG staff member will come and collect your child.

Families can collect their children from our Stay and Play clubs at any time from school finish until your booked session finish time, but all children must be signed out by 6.00pm.

Junior Adventures Group is committed to safeguarding and supporting the welfare of children and young people and expects all who work with us to share this commitment, including all adults and children who visit or have contact with our sites.

With this in mind, please note that only people registered on your Authorised Collectors List can collect your child. We politely ask that all collectors provide us with at least one form of photo identification. If your child is being collected by a sibling or relative, this will still need to be reflected in your Authorised Collectors List, and we would also ask that you make the on-site team aware of this arrangement. Collectors under 16 years of age but older than 14 do not need to bring identification; however, our club team members and customer care team do need to be informed of this.

We understand that you might sometimes run behind schedule, and we do our utmost to support our families wherever possible. However, if a child is collected late it has a knock-on effect on our teams, so we do charge a late collection fee of £10 per 15 minutes. If it becomes a recurring event, we also reserve the right to withdraw our service.

We’d ask that you contact our customer care team if you are running late, so we can inform our on-site team in advance. If this doesn’t happen and a child isn’t collected on time, we’ll try and contact the parents or guardians. If we’re unable to make contact, we will follow our safeguarding policy/uncollected child policy.
