Parent FAQ's

As the UK’s leading childcare provider, we understand that providing our families with peace of mind that their child is safe, happy, and engaged is essential. Our Ofsted-registered holiday clubs are run by expertly trained DBS-checked professionals who are enthusiastic to deliver fun and inclusive activities, to keep children entertained and moving all day. Important Reminders

Club information: To find out the club location and key contacts, please visit the individual club page on the website - https://www.junioradventuresgroup.co.uk/holiday-clubs/.

Food & Drink: Please provide your child a packed lunch, snacks & drinks to keep them fuelled for fun! We recommend healthy options with proteins, fruit, veg & carbohydrates. There are sugar-free snacks which can also ensure children can stock up during our breaks, such as crackers, popcorn, and dried fruit! Children have access to water to fill up their water bottles. To ensure all children are safe, please note that all our Holiday Clubs are nut-free zones, including items that state ‘May include nuts’.

*Please note that if you have a booking through HAF, lunch is provided, and children will only need to bring a refillable water bottle.

Update Details: Please update any medical or contact details changes since you last attended by logging into your account. If there have been any changes to any information regarding your child, please ensure you inform the Holiday Club staff as soon as possible.

Medication: If your child requires medication, this must be brought to the club, and the relevant forms must be completed every time your child attends. We cannot accept children into the club without the required in-date medication and paperwork.

Suitable Clothing: With sport & activity on offer daily, we suggest comfortable and practical activewear to tackle a range of onsite facilities. We suggest packing spare clothes for your child so you don’t mind getting messy due to our outdoor play philosophy and arts & craft activities. For younger children – we recommend packing an extra pair of clothes for any toilet accidents that may happen throughout the day.

*If swimming is available at your venue, please ensure you pack a swimming kit, swimming aids (if required), and a towel for your child.

Unattended Sessions: Make sure you don’t miss out on the fun! Unattended sessions that are not attended will still be chargeable unless 72 hours notice is given for cancellation as per our T&Cs.

Phones: We ask that all parents/carers refrain from using their phones/smart devices at the club.

Parent Support: We have created many resources that help keep children engaged in activities, aid their development and ensure a focus remains on leading a healthy and nutritional lifestyle.
